Index of specific # as pinned post?

How could one have a pinned post holding an index of all posts of a specific # ?
“#” = grouping posts as in
https://guides.write.as/writing/#grouping-posts

On your blogs page there is a Customize option under your blog. When you click it, scroll down towards the bottom and you will see a “Custom JavaScript” area for JavaScript that can run on your blog (it only works for custom domains or blog.writeas.com domain). This is where you’ll put the code. Would be glad to clarify further if needed!

I then change the link to myblogdomain.tld/tag:tagword
Maybe a future version of write.as may have an easier incarnation to achieve this?
