Hi there everyone

I have been trying to come in touch with write.as team on hello@write.as and discounts@write.as via email. It’s been 11 days since my first attempt and since I have not received a reply yet I am wondering if my email provider (tutanota) is not reaching their inbox.

What would be the average response time? Any similar experience by other users?

Indeed, I sent the e-mail from the old e-mail address to which I received the renewal receipt.

A few weeks ago (January 14th) I renewed my plan and I found that, although I updated my email address in Write.as some time ago, the payment confirmation through Stripe arrived to an old email address that I have almost stopped using and I have no option to change it.
