DNS not connecting & email publishing not working

Hi, I am fairly new, so I might have missed something.
I registered for the Pro plan around 4 days ago. I have been facing 2 issues:

1. Custom domain not connecting.
I pointed my DNS records to the specified records in the settings, more than 72 hours ago. Both A/AAAA and CNAME records. Both versions (with and without www) are not working (showing a standard “server can’t be found”). (mutaz.blog).
I used a DNS checker and it shows it has not been propagated yet.
Please direct me if something is wrong on my end.

2. Email publishing not working.
I tried email publishing from two different emails (gmail and Hey account). They all return an error. I checked a second time with one of the emails, made sure it’s the same address in the settings. Again, same error. (4 trials in total). Attaching sample screenshots of the error messages.

On a side note, the website looks fantastic. The simplistic design is so inviting, both the writing and the reading experience. I am really looking forward to (re)start my blogging journey here!

Hmm, yeah I’m not seeing the DNS settings propagated from my end either, so I’d guess there’s something else you might need to do with your host to make sure they go out. Maybe there’s a “Save” button or something that needs to be clicked to fully apply the settings? You might also try setting a shorter TTL (e.g. 300 or 600) so the changes go live quicker.

As for the email issues, let me get back to you on that – might need to fix something on our end.

Thank you for getting back to this. DNS turned out to be a mistake in the NS records. I haven’t deleted the older ones from the previous hosting. I replaced them with the default records. The website is live and well now.

Awaiting on the email part then.
