I sent write.as over ten E-Mails asking to delete my write.as-account but never received an answer. So my question is. Does write.as even have a support-team, would it be illegal if it didnt and if it didnt delete my account? How could I take legal steps to make write.as delete my account?
I don’t know of any legal steps you could take, but maybe write.as is very busy. Have you tried emailing the founder himself? I think his name is Matt. You could give that a shot and let him know that you’ve tried emailing write.as and they never responded, so you decided to email him instead. You could give it a shot. 
Hey Kaitlin, just to follow up on this we’ve processed user name Baeumer’s request a while ago and all their account information, per their account was deleted.
We’re an incredibly small team, so it takes a few days to get back.
