What’s the refund policy on the 5 yr deal @support
On the 5-year plan, we do full refunds, minus our transaction fees, up to 30 days after purchase. (We always lose transaction fees, even when refunding charges.)
For all other purchases, subscriptions and renewals, etc., our policy is to offer full refunds within 14 days of a charge.
