Unresponsive Email Support


I’m a paid user of this service and was emailing about a couple of minor issues. Overall, I’m very satisfied with what they offer. But since almost every single email I send has no response when they offer email-based support, I am wondering how much care and attention is being paid to the platform, and to the users. I hope this is just a fluke.

If a staff member could please reach out to me I would appreciate it! I sent about four emails and received no replies in a couple of months.
