@justinf Just fixed that and emailed you back.
As I mentioned in that email, your IP should never get blocked as a Pro user. But unfortunately if someone else is using that IP and gets themselves blocked (e.g. on a public / shared network), it will affect anyone else on it, even Pro users.
We’ll fix that so you’re always exempt from those spam / abuse measures as a Pro user.
