Twitter integration weird hashtags

What do the #f and #t mean ?

It looks like it pulled those out of your code blocks… Definitely shouldn’t happen, so I’ll make a note to look into this more and fix it if possible.

I thought I had reported it already, but I guess not?

Anyways, this also happened when I added CSS code to a blog post. Exactly one hex color code (#2d2d2d) kept getting turned into a tag, but none of the other color codes were pulled in the same manner.
