2020还是2021忘了，以前注册的账号，手机号还是什么号注册的忘了，后来需要翻墙就没登录了，今天翻墙登录发现需要账号，但是忘记用户名和密码了，好像什么都找不回来了。。。
问问有没有什么找回来的办法，手机号邮箱地址还有其他社交账号什么的没有变。以前保存了一些东西，所以想找回来
