I am running Writefreely on a shared MySQL server that I don’t have the ability to change the time zone of. The server running Writefreely and the MySQL server are both on PDT. Writefreely seems to assume the timestamps are UTC, and this results in it reporting every post 7 hours earlier than it actually is. It would be really nice if Writefreely could adjust its reported times for the actual server time zone, which is not hard to do.
