On May 24, 2024, I paid for a monthly Pro subscription for $9.00 (order no. F3F124B8-0001). Today I go to my blog and see that Pro functions and custom CSS are disabled. Why? Shouldn’t my subscription end on June 24?

It looks like something got messed up on our end when you tried to switch between monthly and yearly billing and it had failed. But you should be all set now until the end of your subscription period. Let me know if you still see any issues!
