It would be interesting to be able to install writefreely in a sub_path something like: https://wwww.example.com/writefreely/
For now, links, ico, css and js are hard coded to be on the root path.

Yep, I’d love to see this as well. Anyone interested in building this should feel free to work on it and submit a pull request for it. You can also ask questions, as far as implementation, in #development.
