Perhaps under the “stats” page of a blog you could get a list of every hashtag that appears in any of your blogposts (and a link to the tag: page for that hashtag).
It would be nice to make sure you’re using a coherent tagging scheme, and not doing something like having both a “tip” and “tips” tag.
I REALLY like this idea. I frequently find that I will make formatting mistakes on the hashtags. I have to intentionally keep it limited to about 8 or I just can’t remember what the specific category is.

Beyond that, we can definitely make this available in the UI – the stats page could be a great place for it.
