Refund please

I purchased a PRO subscription on the 9th of December, 4 days ago. I’m finding it a very confusing system - unlike anything I’ve used before.

I emailed support but no reply. So please let me know how to request a refund ASAP.

Is chargeback my only option?

I have no issue with this, but Write.as will incur an additional charge.
