Problem with support mail / forum section?

I post a message using the support link in my pro session but i never get an answer :

Because you answer in the week / quickly i suppose there is some problem with private “support” category on the forum ?

Sorry it took a while to get back to you. I’ve been taking the summer off, as mentioned on the Contact page.

The public forum is always the best place to ask questions, since anyone can respond there, and answers will help everyone out (saving us all some work). But I’ve just replied to your private message!
