When I logged in to check an issue with image uploads the pro account is paid up until mid-ish July, yet none of the pro features are available.
The invoices on write.as backend both have the same date, however, the actual transactions were one month apart as you would expect from a monthly subscription.
Hey, thanks for bringing this up and sorry for the issue! It does indeed look like our payment system got out of sync with our application, so that we simply didn’t get the message that payments were still all okay for your account, and extend the Pro period we keep track of on our end.
Looking at it now, I would guess this was related to the temporary downtime we saw around the time your subscription would’ve renewed. But I’m keeping an eye on it to make sure this isn’t happening to other accounts.
