This comes as part of the team collaboration features we’ve been working on for a while now, that’s only been available to users so far. Now, anyone can start a team and collaborate across products that support it – today, just and

A subscription comes with a free 14-day trial, then costs $35/month when billed annually. It includes 1 shared blog, plus room for 5 team members. But if you need more than that, just let us know and we’ll get you set up on the right subscription. There’s no limit to how many shared blogs and team members we can support.


  • Create shared / collaborative blogs
  • Convert individual blogs into shared blogs (go to Customize > Convert to Shared Blog…)
  • Invite collaborators, whether they’re already using or not
  • Manage permissions with user roles: Admins, Editors, or Authors (see this post for more information)
  • Manage billing separately from your personal account



Besides early customers like Johnson County Library, who helped us work out the core features we needed, I want to thank everyone who gave their feedback via forum threads, blog posts, and private conversations. It was absolutely crucial to us making this into a solid, useful product!
