I installed Write Freely on my local machine and wonder what to do with “pages”?
How to add or delete pages? I just was able to edit about or privacy page.
Would be nice to customize menu / links, header, footer and (user-)pages?

I have the same question. I created an id, content, title, and content_type in the table appcontent. I copied the privacy.tmpl file to .tmpl. As the content type is page, same as the privacy.tmpl and id, I thought this would do the trick.
I have restarted writefreely with no luck on getting the page to function correctly. It also doesn’t show up in the footer.
I will keep poking around.
