Hi there,

Recently, I have been unable to access my write.as account but can’t reset the password becuase I didn’t have an email registered. I emailed help@write.as last week as instructed about this issue, but received no response. I am a pro subscriber, so I should have access to email support anyway, if I am not mistaken. I would appreciate some help with this, as I love the service and paid good money to be able to use it. Thanks.
