Lost password - lost access to account

I have been unable to access my write.as account but can’t reset the password becuase I didn’t have an email registered. I emailed help@write.as (beginning of June and followed up today) as instructed about this issue, but received no response. I am a pro subscriber. I would appreciate some help with this.
