Hello, I asked a question on mastodon, here on the forum, and I sent two mails but there is total silence. Is there anyone out there having the same experience?
Matt is working pretty much alone on maintaining the platforms, developing new features, and addressing support request, so it may take him several days to reply. This may be understandably frustrating. But, in a way, to some this is actually a feature, a sign Write.as is ran by a human and not a giant faceless corporation.

I queried " What is the most recent answer-post in discuss.write.as ?"
June 2024 is one answer.
Still active! But as mentioned, it might take some time – right now, I’m the only one providing support here.
To get a rough idea of what you can expect for a response time, our Contact page always has the most up-to-date status. That page will also show you the correct channel to go through to reach me.
Even though we have social accounts, I can’t respond to questions in a timely manner or any organized way at all there. So if you want a response, the forum is always the best way to reach me (and others in the community that can help)! Otherwise you’re leaving it up to chance
