IP Address is blocked from signup

My IP Address was blocked at signup. I got the following error:

Abusive activity on this IP address

We’ve detected abusive activity originating from this IP address, potentially violating our Platform Guidelines, and have thus blocked it from accessing Write.as.

This was the only method of contact offered. My IP is 98.24.16.14
