Does anyone know the status of https://personaljournal.ca/ please, as of 21;30 utc on 27 November 2020. I am getting time out errors, and the site won’t load, i wasn’t sure if there was perhaps a problem or some sort of scheduled maintenance or something.

From here (EU), the host loses 70% packets.

After the Toronto hub, ae-2.r00.toroon01.ca.bb.gin.ntt.net there seems to be a major bottleneck on my route.
