I´m on Windows.

Downloaded for Windows.

"Extract the files and go into the project folder. Next, start the configuration process by running the following command. This will walk you through the various ways you can configure your instance:

writefreely config start"

Where would I type this command?

Hey, from whatever folder you extracted the archive into, on Windows you’ll just run

writefreely.exe configure start

You would do this from the Command Prompt.
