Hi, you should be able to reset your password and enter your username there. You’ll receive an email with instructions on creating a new password. But please let me know if you run into any trouble!

Hi Matt - this is becoming a big problem for me not being able to login my site it says user does not exist - if I can’t fix this then I need to take my site down and find another format that has better functionality - can someone please help me with this?
