How private are anonymous posts?

Does anyone know how anonymous the anonymous posts are? Meaning, if I publish one while logged into my account, it’s bound to my account with data on the server.

Unless @matt is bullied by a cop or a fascist dictator, I assume those posts are truly anonymous and not traceable to our account.

True?

From the section on anonymous posts:

Write.as only links anonymous back to you when you’re logged in. That way you can keep track of your published anonymous posts on your Posts page. When you’re logged out, however, Write.as doesn’t know about all of the anonymous posts you wrote, since they’re not connected to a single account. This gives you the best privacy on the platform, at the expense of a little convenience.

So if you’re logged in, they are connected to you. Exactly how that works, I’m not sure, though. Almost certainly a @matt answer is needed, though maybe a guy could poke through the sources…
