How long does support/appeal usually take?

Hi all,

Just signed-up yesterday on the trial with a view to subscribing and the first post I tried to make was blocked for “potentially” containing stuff that’s against the content policy… I’ve double-checked this and it definitely isn’t and e-mailed the help address yesterday but not heard anything yet.

I’m not demanding an immediate response, just checking in on what my expectations should be.


You might want to have a little bit more patience over the weekend.

You can always get an idea of what you might expect from our Contact page.

I update it regularly with my current schedule, and explain that responses can take a bit since it’s just me. If I can clear anything up though, just let me know.
