Getting a refund

Hi there! I jumped the gun on buying a yearly subscription before I was ready to actually use this. I sat down and looked at my schedule and it’s going to be a while before I can really get into it. I remember when I signed up there was a 14-day money-back option but before I cancel my subscription I want to be sure I’ll get a refund. I will be back, but not for several more months.

I sent an email with basically the same message as above two days ago but haven’t heard back.


Hey! No problem at all. We do indeed give full refunds within 14 days of starting a subscription to anyone who asks. We just responded to your email about your refund being on its way now.
