Federation?

I know there are a few topics around federation, but I can’t seem to flush out the solution.

I am using write.as pro and during the trial period, I activated federation and easily found @mikejones@write.as on Mastodon.

Once I chose to subscribe, I connected my custom domain whereby Federation changed (displayed within customization) to @blog@respectforpeople.org

However, when entering @blog@respectforpeople.org into Mastodon, nothing is found.

What am I missing?

Hey @mikejones, sorry about this issue. It’s very possible that this is related to the current federation problems mentioned here, and most likely not anything on your end.

We should be addressing that very soon, and we’ll keep you updated on our progress here.
