Starting on the free plan and taking out the free 14 trial the Export User + Blogs + Posts JSON was working with both my blogs. Since subscribing the Export User + Blogs + Posts only exports the original blog, not the one I created during the trial period. 
The Export Post option CSV and TXT work as expected.
