I reported a webiste a month ago and I have been given the cold shoulder.
Looks like doxing is back on the menu guys, feel free to dox your neighbour :))))
But for real, why does write.as allow doxing? I emailed and made a report a month ago, the email was ignored. I made a forum discussion 3 weeks ago which was seen by users, which Matt then closed and said it needs to be a private conversation.. of which he has also cold shouldered.
As also previously mentioned I have no affiliation or interest in the group being or doing the doxing, but when someone loses their job and it gets put in the local paper I can’t help but feel sick over the idea.
I have asked if doxing is allowed on write.as and got no response either, so I am guessing its allowed guys!
We take these reports seriously and remove doxxing content as reported, especially at the requests of the victims. We have done this consistently throughout the years.
After review, the content didn’t meet our bar of “doxxing”, especially without personally identifiable information. If you disagree, we will gladly comply with any court order within our jurisdiction that rules it as such, and take down the content.
All good, if posting pictures, full names, ages, general locations and how to get someone fired is ok I will do the same.

Again, you need to provide specific examples of doxxing for us to take action, which we will gladly take action on, as always. By that word do you mean “Nazi”? I’m not sure of the context.
On the private message I have provided 6 examples, on the previous post I provided 4 samples, why don’t you actually look at the website?
And no, the write.as site contains the racist N word several times in images. I think you knew that..
You didn’t provide any examples of that. Again, if you’re going to point to violations of our terms, you need to actually provide specific examples of the violations.
Posting someone’s name, quoting them, and mentioning the Australian state of 8 million people that they live within doesn’t meet our standard of doxxing. If it did, you could quash much journalism with a simple allegation like this.
If you don’t like the content on this blog, I’d suggest you get in contact with the author about taking it down.
so if I started documenting you and your movements around new york you wouldnt have an issue with it? I am struggling to understand your reasoning when there is a call to get the person fired as well as plenty of documenting on where these people go in their day to day. By definition this is doxing and you know it is.
They are not just mentioning state they are mentioning suburb, its not 8 million per suburb either as in australia people are not so tightly packed.
I don’t like the content because here, its illegal and someone with a family lost their job over it. Its an injustice to leave this idly by when I can clearly see the issue.
