Don't want to send an email every time I post

Hello, question:
I don’t want send a newsletter every time I publish a post, because the post may be off topic or not relevant. How do I achieve this? Can I publish an anonymous post and than move it to my blog?

Thank you! That’s what I was looking for. Apparently it will work if you turn off emails or publish an anonymous post and leave it there for 20 minutes (write.as sends the mail 15 minutes after you publish a post).
