Daily post limit on Free accounts?

Hi, I’m a new member here – sorry for bringing up an old post, but could someone explain why the Free Account post limit says ”3~15 per day” ?

I’m totally ok with the limit since I haven’t paid anything yet; I’m just wondering: how can I tell whether my limit is 3 or 15, and how can I know before I reach it?

Hi @tastypie, this is just the limit you get as time goes on – it starts out restrictive, and then expands over time. Basically, this reduces how much damage bots can do when they first sign up and then spam a bunch of posts.

Right now, here is how it works, from the time you create an account:

  • Within first day: max. 3 posts / day
  • Within first month: max. 5 posts / day
  • Beyond that: max. 15 posts / day

However, as mentioned on the Pricing page, there are no daily limits on posts for Pro users. But if you ever paid, and then cancelled your subscription, you’d automatically be on the Free plan again and have these limits.
