Hello. I’ve tried to contact Support a number of times but to no avail. Not a single response in weeks if not months. I need help with the custom code on my site. Would anyone be willing to help me out? I’m sure it would take no more than a few minutes of your time if you’re well versed in CSS.
I understand the frustration, but it should probably be mentioned that their support isn’t on the hook for your customization. Best to hire someone for an hour or so from UpWork to assist with CSS/JavaScript. If you post your question here maybe a technical user can lend a hand.
I know that. But when I initially reached out almost a year ago, they did offer a helping hand and I had no problem whatsoever paying for it. It’s not like I’m asking for free work so I hope you don’t have the wrong impression.
That’s why I’d rather not just post the full CSS to my custom theme here. I paid to have all that work done over the course of a week or two.
