Cannot contribute to i18n

I just tried to add Korean translation in WriteFreely Web - POEditor translation management system and it says “The project can’t host more strings because its owner reached their plan’s limit. They’ve been notified, no worries.”

Where are those i18n strings located in the project? Can I just edit them directly and submit a PR?

Just checked and the issue is still persistent. What about self-hosting an instance of Weblate instead?

I’ve been getting the same issue for the last few months while trying to complete the Scottish Gaelic translation.
