Can you delete posts published by writefreely?

Hello Matt,

I saw that some websites are published by writefreely, as you can see in the picture. I visited writefreely and find all the way to this forum. I wonder if you can delete the guest posts or just links in the articles for me. You are in charge of writefreely right?

Hi Amanda, WriteFreely is just the name of our software, like WordPress. Anyone can use it to run a “WriteFreely website” like this, but it doesn’t mean we have any control over the site itself. The only website we control is Write.as, which also runs on the same WriteFreely software.

So in a case like this, you’ll want to look at the URL of the website, and get in touch with the owner. In this case, you’ll notice the lyreopen7.werite.net website in the address bar. You’ll want to get in touch with them (likely on werite.net) to get these concerns addressed.
