Insert image using directly HTML

Discourse (using CommonMark) follows this convention:

![alt text|200x200](https://image.example/foo.jpg)

But this does not work yet on WriteFreely, so the HTML tag is a better option.

Thanks for bringing this up @how. This is yet another good reason for us to find a way to implement extended Markdown like CommonMark into Write.as/WriteFreely.
