I’ve been trying to get into contact with the Write.as team for about a month now regarding canceling an unused 5-year plan and getting a refund. I have heard nothing back even after three emails. Can someone help me out here?
As a platform based on privacy and minimalism, I find it disconcerting that I had to create an extra public forum account to get support on this issue, especially since I am on the Pro level of support, and a contact email address is provided at that level.
