# Subscription paid but no Pro features

[@help](https://discuss.write.as/groups/help) Since the Sunday 16th Aug outage, my Pro features have disappeared and logging out and in, doesn’t restore them. Trying to use pro features prompts me to subscribe. I just got another invoice for my Pro subscription today, so I’m paid up.

Is this a general issue, or should I contact privately to resolve this.

Hey, sorry for the trouble – it was probably caused by that outage, where our systems got out of sync with our payment processor. I just manually updated your account to reactivate those Pro features, and it’ll automatically stay up-to-date going forward. Let me know if you need anything else!
