I have a Pro subscription. I asked for help here a couple of weeks ago and have had no response. I also emailed support but never received so much as an auto-acknowledgement or ticket number, and a polite follow-up went unanswered too. Is this normal?

I also have a pro subscription. I’ve got three years left in my second five-year plan here, but I’m starting to make provisions to move all my writing elsewhere because of the lack of visible response to… well… anything.

I get that @matt has other priorities, but there’s no excuse for multiple weeks going by with no response to support requests at all. Currently, it feels as though write.as is a ghost town with tumbleweeds blowing down the street full of empty buildings with no windows.

To answer your question: yeah it’s normal.

That said, I think it depends on the support being asked. When people get locked out or something, @matt is on top of it pretty quickly.

But aside from that, you’re on your own.
