# IP Address Banned / Account Silenced

Hello. I was editing a post on my new blog when I got a notification that my IP address is banned for abusive activity, which I believe I haven’t done. I’ve read the reasons for banning and none of them apply to anything I’ve done.

(A bit of extra context: I’m in the middle of migrating from (the-mess-that-is) Substack and was planning to upgrade to a paid plan once I’d tried things out and felt comfortable — I’ve been loving the platform.)

Hi, sorry for the trouble! Looks like our automatic filters wrongly flagged you. I’ve just permanently un-silenced your account, so you can now publish again. This should’ve also un-banned your IP address, but if you still get that error, just let me know and I’ll send you a link to help with that.
