Does anyone know how anonymous the anonymous posts are? Meaning, if I publish one while logged into my account, it’s bound to my account with data on the server.

Unless @matt is bullied by a cop or a fascist dictator, I assume those posts are truly anonymous and not traceable to our account.

True?

From the section on [anonymous posts](https://howto.write.as/anonymous-posts):

> Write.as only links anonymous back to you when you’re logged in. That way you can keep track of your published anonymous posts on your [Posts page](https://write.as/me/posts). When you’re logged out, however, Write.as doesn’t know about all of the anonymous posts you wrote, since they’re not connected to a single account. This gives you the best privacy on the platform, at the expense of a little convenience.

So if you’re logged in, they are connected to you. Exactly how that works, I’m not sure, though. Almost certainly a @matt answer is needed, though maybe a guy could poke through the sources…
