# Cancelled Pro subscription and still being charged each month

I cancelled my Write.as Pro subscription a couple months ago and I am still being charged the full amount each month since cancellation. When I go to my Write.as account, it shows as being cancelled and no charges. The history as well says my last charge was June. My bank account, however, shows regular charges. This is not okay and I am due both a refund as well as actual cancellation.
